Transform your vibratory roller into an autonomous machine.
Automate compaction work to reduce labor and boost productivity.
System Overview
A retrofit system that automates compaction and construction management on compatible rollers.
The system was jointly developed with Nishiken Kogyo.
Features
Ease of Use
Simply specify the compaction area and number of passes, then press start to begin autonomous operation.
The system includes a management interface designed for ease of use on site.
Manual onboard operation and remote control can be selected as needed.

Specify the compaction area, with support for area definition linked to the roller’s current position.

Run autonomous operations while monitoring compaction passes and travel paths in real time through the management system.
Safety
Multiple safety measures are implemented, including system-based and independent emergency stops.
Automatic emergency braking activates upon proximity to people or obstacles, reducing the risk of accidents.
Emergency stop via low-power radio communication
Automatic stop on obstacle proximity.
Accuracy
In a GNSS-RTK environment, the system delivers centimeter-level accuracy,
enabling reliable operation without the need for rework and allowing you to safely leave the task to the system.

Expected Use Cases
Use Cases in Closed Environments
In use cases where the system is deployed over long periods at stable, closed sites—such as plants, racecourses, and land reclamation areas—the value of this system can be fully realized.
We also provide on-site support for operation design and construction machinery selection, delivering the system as a total solution.
Use Cases in Construction Sites
Use cases where the system is deployed for short periods at sites that change dynamically from moment to moment.
At present, availability is limited to automated construction demonstration sites only.
Track Records
- Wood-chip track maintenance at the Japan Racing Association Ritto Training Center.
- (More deployments to follow.)
Compatible Machines
The product currently supports the following machines as standard:
- BOMAG BW212 D-5
- More machines will be supported in the future.
For electronically controlled machines, custom integration may be available. Please contact us for details.
