- As the first dedicated HR professional in our company composed of multinational members, you will be expected to broadly engage in and lead various HR tasks.

- We will determine your responsibilities from the following tasks, taking into consideration your experience:
(1) Planning and Managing Organizational Development Initiatives
You will gather necessary information to create a workplace where employees can maintain high engagement by conducting regular employee surveys and utilizing feedback. Based on this information, you will introduce necessary processes and implement team-building events (such as retreats and activities) aimed at improving employee engagement.
(2)Planning and Managing Talent Development Programs
You will collaborate with and support department heads and team leaders to ensure the effective implementation of performance management and evaluation systems. Additionally, you will work on the continuous improvement of these systems.
(3)Internal Communication Hub
You will serve as a consultation point for addressing concerns and questions from various departments and employees. You will work to resolve issues through various methods, including coordinating with relevant departments as needed.
(4)Optimizing the Onboarding and Recruitment Processes
You will develop an onboarding process that enables new members to quickly acclimate to their roles, ensuring they can contribute effectively from the start. Additionally, you will monitor the entire recruitment process, creating a system that works best for both candidates and the organization. - Minimum Qualifications/Requirements
- ・Experience in designing HR systems or working as an HRBP (for more than 2 years)
・Experience working in an international environment
・Ability to communicate in both Japanese and English - Preferred Qualifications/Requirements
- ・Experience working in a startup or a large-scale venture
・Practical experience as an engineer
・Experience in building relationships with diverse stakeholders - Language skills (Reading/Writing/Speaking)
- Business level for both Japanese and English

- Full-time employee (3 months of probationary period)

- Flextime (Core time 11:00 - 15:00)
